The TCLI elibrary is developed as a built-in access for books to aid education by providing access to books, particularly in countries such as Nigeria where there is a shortage of physical libraries. With the growth of the internet and its benefits, we have chosen to build this eLibrary to avail books in a compact repository for people to have access to.
